Kellie was one of the most popular "American Idols", even though she didn't win. Kellie Pickler was born the 28th of June, 1986 to Cynthia Morton Pickler and Clyde Raymond Pickler at Stanly Memorial Hospital Albemarle. She was just 16 when she became expecting her. It was a difficult childhood for Pickler since her father was struggling with addiction to drugs and alcohol and her mother had to leave her when she was only two. Morton gained the custody of Pickler for two years. However, Pickler acknowledged that not things went according to plan.
